Full description
Ascenseur is a small, focused elevator puzzle. Each level drops a handful of people on different floors, each with somewhere they need to go. Tap floors to plan a sequence of stops, then press run and watch the lift carry everyone home, if your plan holds up.
Ninety levels, one ladder. The first levels teach the rules without a wall of text: a prompt lights up on the floor to tap next, and you learn by doing. From there the difficulty climbs one new rule at a time:
- Closed floors: the lift can't stop there. Plan around them.
- Stairs: some closed floors have a staircase. Drop riders at the landing and they walk the rest of the way.
- Heavy passengers: they take two spaces instead of one.
- Alarm floors: you can stop there once per plan. Make it count.
- Impatient passengers: they wait only so many stops before they give up. Reach them in time.
Every level is scored against par, the fewest stops a perfect plan needs. Match it for three stars. A stop or two over still counts, but three stars means you found the best route.
No account, no sign-in, no connection needed to play. Your progress stays on your device. Ascenseur is free, supported by occasional ads after cleared levels, with optional ads for extra hints.
Key facts
- 90 levels, and every par is computed and re-verified by a built-in solver.
- Five rules, introduced one at a time and combined in the late game.
- A wordless tutorial: the first levels point at the floor to tap.
- Adaptive hints that keep your own plan when it can still make par.
- Plays offline, with no account. A reduced-motion setting calms the lift.

GKW Games
GKW Games is an independent game studio in Cologne, Germany, making small, sharp games for phones and the web. It is the game label of GKW, an engineering outfit founded in 2016.
The studio's rules are short: one mechanic, polished; no dark patterns; games that play offline and ask for no account; ads that never interrupt play. Ascenseur is its first release.
